Kelli De Pape is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with authorization to appear before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB).
Kelli De Pape has worked in the field of Canadian immigration for over 15 years. She spent her career in the federal government of Canada working for Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Canada Border Services Agency. She has handled thousands of applications to enter Canada in her role as a Senior Immigration Officer and a Border Services Officer/Minister’s Delegate. She has worked at land border ports of entry in British Columbia and Manitoba as well as the Permanent Resident Card Case Processing Centre in Nova Scotia. She worked on special projects such as the MV Sun Sea in Vancouver, BC.
Kelli’s previous role sets her apart from other consultants as she still ‘thinks like an officer’ and can use this to help her clients submit strong applications. She excels in the area of inadmissibility – criminal rehabilitation, temporary resident permits, previous refusals and applications to return to Canada. She also has immense knowledge in spousal sponsorships, the international mobility program and CUSMA.
In addition to her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Sociology/Criminology, Kelli holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University.
